Rules & Regulations By registering to stay at Campshore Campground, LLC you and your registered guests are hereby agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of Campshore Campground,LLC. Thank you for your cooperation!   General Rules:  1. Speed Limit is 5 MPH throughout the entire campground. Please keep our children safe! 2. Quiet Time is 10:00PM to 8:00AM daily. Holiday and weekends 11:00PM to 8:00AM. All children must be with parents at campsite by 10:00PM. Please be considerate of neighbors. Radios and televisions should not be heard beyond your site. 3. Camp Fires must be in the rings provided. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish before retiring for the night. Supervise children at all times. When checking out, be sure to leave fire ring empty and free of trash. 4. Lights: Please do not use more than 2 strings of lights per site. Please turn off lights before turning in for the night or leaving campground. 5. Bug Lights should not be placed close to neighbors camping unit or site. 6. Children: Parents are responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended. 7. Bicycles: All children under 12 years old must wear a helmet.  Children must have bikes back at site before dark. Please do not park bikes in front of restroom doors or pool gate. 8. Golf Carts: Are allowed to be operated by licensed drivers. At NO time are children under the legal driving age allowed to operate ANY motorized vehicle on the campground property. Golf cart owners must have insurance on vehicle. Campshore Campground, LLC is not responsible for accident or injury from Golf Cart operation. 9. Restrooms: Please remove all personal items from restrooms. Any articles left in restroom with be disposed of when restroom is cleaned. 10. Swimming Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Hours posted by Pool. There is a additional charge for using the pool. Note that there is NO Lifeguard on duty. All children must be accompanied by an adult (Person 18 or older). No glass or pets permitted in pool area. 11. No Smoking in all buildings and restrooms. This is for everyone’s safety. 12. Office hours are posted in office window. Varies by season. 13. Pets - MAXIMUM TWO (2) PETS PER CAMPSITE. (NO EXCEPTIONS)  Wild, Exotic or vicious pets and livestock are not permitted in the campground.  Known VICIOUS pets such as Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc. or those that present an unacceptable high risk of serious injury, are not allowed.  All pets must be penned, caged, or restrained on a leash no longer than six (6) feet.  Pet owners must dispose of all waste in dumpsters.  Pets are not allowed in restrooms, on playgrounds, in pool area, or on beach.DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED. 14. Wood is for sale in Office. There is NO cutting of trees or branches permitted on campground property or neighbor’s properties. 15. Trash can be disposed of at the dumpsters located throughout the campground when you leave. 16. Water Usage: Washing of cars and RV’s is prohibited. 17. Visitors: All visitors must register at office when arrive and pay visitors fee. All Day visitors must leave campground by 11:00PM.  Anyone who enters campground without checking in at office will be required to leave premises immediately. You are responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors at your site. 18. Insurance & Theft: We are checking the campground constantly, but we are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof; nor for any damage caused by natural causes (i.e., Tree falling); nor for spoilage of refrigerator / freezer foods due to loss of electricity. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Campshore Campground, LLC will not be responsible for injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. 19. Firearms & Fireworks are prohibited in campground. This includes all types of guns, BB Guns, paint guns, ALL types of fireworks (including those sold legally in IN), etc. We must look out for the safety of all campers. 20.  Alcohol is not permitted in any common areas, at your campsite only! IN legal drinking age is 21 and this law will be enforced. 21. Disruptive Behavior: If the police are called by another camper, or by management due to disruptive behavior, the camper will be immediately required to leave the campground. This includes Seasonal Campers, with the Seasonal Agreement becoming Void and No Refunds to any person in this situation. Please do not put yourselves and management in this situation. General Rules Pertaining to Seasonal Campers and Sites: 1. Electric: All electric plugs are to be disconnected at the end of your paid season unless special arrangements are made with management. 2. Lights: Please do not use more than 2 strings of lights per site. Please turn off lights before turning in for the night or leaving campground. 3. Storage Sheds or any Permanent Structures must be approved by management before installation. 4. Maintenance of Site: All sites must be kept neat and clean of debris and in an uncluttered state. Leaves should be raked off site. 5.  Alterations to Site: Seasonals may not make changes to site without approval of management. No digging! 6. Campsite Agreement & Subletting: Your seasonal agreement is between the individuals noted on agreement and Campshore Campground, LLC. This agreement DOES NOT entitle any other individuals use of your camping unit or site. If you are not using your site, no one else is permitted to use your site or camping unit without prior approval. 7. Sale of Camping Unit: Your seasonal agreement is not transferrable to another individual if you sell your RV. All seasonal costs are non-refundable should you sell your trailer or decide to leave for any other reason. 8. Insurance: We recommend that each seasonal camper purchase their own individual insurance, as Campshore Campground, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters, negligence, theft, or loss of electricity. 9. General Compliance to all Campground Rules: Seasonal Rentals must follow all general rules pertaining to campground. Campshore Campground, LLC; all management and employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone noncompliant with campground rules and regulations. We also reserve the right to change Rules & Regulations at any time to protect the safety of all campers. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Campshore Campground, LLC will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money / valuables of any kind.
